Mix 70 g Ruccola + 1dl creme fraich + 2 table spoons milk + 1 1/2dl grated cheese.
Season with pepper.
2 dl yoghurt.
1/2 table spoon salt.
1 garlic clove.
1 tea spoon oregano
1 table spoon olive oil.
Grate the cucumber, then put it in a sifter and add salt.
Let cucumber be for 30 mins, then squeeze water out of cucumber with your hand.
Mix yoghurt, garlic, onion, cucumber, oregano and olive oil.
